Production division deals with preparing food and bevarages, butchery, garde manager, pantry, bakery, confectionary, continental, Chinesse, Japnesse, Halwai, Italian and Indian dishes etc. Cuts, preparing, cooking, garnishing exotic food preparations, carving, plating and attractive presentations are the specialities of this division.
